Looking for a beautiful, secluded setting for your next gathering?

Our properties are available to rent for events such as family reunions, small retreats, or milestone celebrations. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a memorable occasion surrounded by nature, with plenty of space and comfort for your group. A few rules apply:

(1) We require that both homes be rented together for any event booking, with the usual seasonal rates and minimum stay requirements. See the combo listing here.

(2) Also, please note that to comply with zoning requirements, any event must be a private party and not open to the public — public functions, ticketed events, or open-invite parties are not permitted.

(3) The event must be centered outdoors, with outdoor food service. An event fee of $1500 is required, and there would be an allocation for no more than 30 vehicles, parked at various locations on the property. The event organizers will need to arrange their own tents (if desired), along with tables and chairs, set up, and catering.

(4) Host will arrange for delivery of one outdoor portable restroom (to be billed to guest 'at cost').

(5) Hosts will provide outdoor electricity.

(6) Host will provide a trash dumpster and removal will be included.

(7) Host is willing to work with event organizers on some decoration items 'at cost,' such as string lights between the trees.

(8) Guest must meet with Host prior to Event to review parking plan. (just a walk around to ensure they park in the correct locations).
